The legal framework is modular. Terms & Conditions and Operating Procedures provide the overall framework. Algorithm Specifications and Hedge Agreement are bespoke to the transaction. The result is documents that are succinct and manageable.
Quantessence is not a party to the Hedge Agreement, which can take any format desired by Hedge Provider and Distributor.
